Carnegie (Pennine) League Champions!!!
On a wet Wednesday in York, a comfortable 4-1 victory secured our 5th trophy of the season as the boys moved 1 point ahead of Hull, who have played all of their games. The crowning ceremony will take place at the end of the Carnegie Cup day on Saturday.
BarnetShieldHouse Cup Winners!!!
Monday night saw one of the greatest finishes to a Barnetshieldhouse Cup Final in the history of the competition. Trailing Wirral by 1-0 with three minutes remaining; David McDonnell tapped home after Dylan Fletcher's fierce drive from long range was pushed onto the bar by the Wirral keeper. David then scored his second goal of the evening to score twice in a minute at Goodison Park to secure our fourth trophy of the season.
The Everton Cup Final, played on the same evening witnessed St. Helens run out 4-1 winners against Huyton. It is their first success in the Everton Cup and we offer our congratulations to the St. Helen's players and staff.
Antcliffe Shield Winners!!!
Wednesday 18th April saw us retain our Antcliffe Shield with a 3-0 win over Leeds at Walton Soccer Centre. After a bright opening spell, Leeds were undone by goals from Dylan Fletcher (2) and David McDonnell.
Good luck to the lads as we take on Wirral tonight at Goodison Park in the Barnetshieldhouse Cup
North West Cup Winners!!!
We retained our North West Cup in February with a well deserved 1-0 win against Chester All Stars at Colliers Park, Wrexham. Chad Harnick scoring the only goal of the final with four minutes to go to claim the trophy and set us on our way to the other honours we have claimed this season
